Football Weekend Reunion
My college friends and I loved staying here for our reunion. We had graduated a couple years ago and wanted to stay close to downtown, but far enough away to avoid the noise of downtown. This place was perfect! We were able to still walk everywhere. The house felt cozy and had ample space for all of us. The backyard was an added bonus that we wish we would have used more. Sarah was easy to communicate with and an excellent host. I would highly recommend this place!

A great house in a fabulous location for enjoying all Happy Valley has to offer. Too many amenities to list. Great instructions on the house and the area. Highly recommend.
Graduation Weekend Highlight
We had an incredible weekend staying at Sarah’s Penn State Retreat! No detail was left out from the decor to fully stocked kitchen! Sarah was easily available for all our questions! We cooked and entertained for my son’s roommates and friends. The added game room was perfect getaway from the busy hustle and bustle of the bars downtown! We loved that we could walk downtown and all around campus from the house! The off street parking added an extra level of comfort! Thank you Sarah for making our stay a truly memorable weekend!
Wonderful Stay
Some friends and I rented this house for the Luke Combs show at Beaver Stadium. We had a great experience. From the easy and early check in to the location to the decor and the attention details. It was all spot on. We will definitely stay here again.
Perfect for a football weekend in State College
We loved Sarah's State College house! There is so much room to relax and enjoy. We had a large group visiting, and we walked to downtown and campus, caught a football game, and relaxed in the beautiful home. The kitchen has everything you will need to make a wonderful meal, and the dining room is the perfect place to sit together and catch up. My Penn State friends had the best time revisiting our old stomping grounds, and we loved the outdoor living areas, porch swing, beautiful decor, and had a blast playing pool in the game room. We can't wait to come back again next year, and hope to make this an annual tradition.
