However, the 2 Homes and properties, are both unique, independent of each other, and very private. The shared, common area, where the pool is located, is on a 3rd lot, behind Main Home, and accessible directly from Guest House.

The Neighborhood is Great. All of the immediate neighbors, are very friendly, and waves and hellos are the way of things around here. Everyone takes great care of their yards. And the Neighborhood is Cute, Quiet & Safe. Yet still close to Everything!

"Guest" Home sits on private, fenced lot. And next door to the "Main" House. Situated on its own fenced, private lot. Rental includes access to 3rd lot, located behind "Main" Home. Which boasts an Incredible, Lagoon Entry Pool. Sandy Beach. Fire Pit. Several Art Instalations. A Beautiful Water Feature. Many Seating, Dining & Relaxation Options. And much more. Additionaly.
